Apple Betty Squares - I got this from Lisa Sharp--great for fall dessert!
Apple Cranberry Bread Pudding - my friend posted this on facebook so I added to my cookbook. Any bread pudding is fabulous and to add apples and cranberries it has to be superb!!!
Apple Pie (paper bag style) - tasted this at a bookclub, has become my no fail apple pie recipe....so good!!!
Berries and Cream Pie - made this up from two recipes, my families favorite berry pie now.
Blackberry Pie Bars - great to use with fresh picked balckberries in Pacific Northwest

Chocolate Cream Pie with a Thin Mint Crust - This is teh closest I get to a thin mint pie my mom used to make for me when i was young. Its really really good!
Chocolate Molten Cakes ( like Matt's) - These are the closest things I can make teh Matt's hot chocolate dessert. I put a big scoop of ice cream on top! YUM!
